So this is my story in deviations...
This is what I do. I'm training to be a mental health nurse and I previously studied neuroscience. The mind fascinates me, its convoluted, complicated and curious.
This is how I revise all the facts I need to know. This started out as a doodle and grew into a series of cartoons, only a fraction of which are on here.
I love nature, love walking in the woods and hiking. Love swimming. Sea creatures are my favourites.
As much as I love nature I also love straight bold shapes and lines in my own design work...
and as you have probably figured out by now, lino printing is my favourite medium

So Its been forever since I last wrote or submitted anything on here so thought it was about time :)
I've been busy with work and school and generally bogged down in the monotony of everyday life. Stuff like paying my phone bills, wondering what to have for dinner and when to finally buy a new laptop.
And? I here you ask, why should we care?
Because I finally spent the money, brand new computer. . . .Woohoo!
I can finally use my tablet for something other than a box to rest mugs of tea on :)
So hopefully now I am kitted out and the summer is coming I will be more productive. Although I'm not promising anything. Last times l did I didn't
accommadation hell...
So, its been a while, i get a bit lazy with these things at home, but am now going back for final year at uni and will no doubt need the distraction...
Currently have nowhere to live, london is expensive, wish i'd chosen a uni in a cheaper city really but have met some truly amazing people down here...
that and seen some wierd stuff, the chavvy girl on the train bumping and grinding with her bf, lisning to the most offensive music i have ever heard...there was that guy who followed me all the way home (scaring the s*** out of me) because he thought i was that welsh woman off gavin and stacey (no, not the actress ruth jones, the actuall char

Yay!!! I registered today, happy blip on an otherwise painful day filled with shingles.
I'm not usually such a wimp but shingles really does hurt, not in an ouch i stubbed my toe way, in a sore, tender, constant way... :(

ok so my birthdays coming up and i told my mum i want some stuff for my art!
yay me! ...this however leads to a problem,
so far been using photoshop and corel at college and now uni, but they've decided to cut non art students off! gutted!
here's where i need help,
a - anyone know where i can get photoshop on the cheap?!
b - i want a tablet but i have no idea which is best, i have advise coming from every friend who has one telling me to get there's cuz its best...aaarrrggggghhh!
PLEASE help me!
